2. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations that meet our compliance criteria. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by region. Customers are responsible for:

Army Issue Surplus Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to any country or region with import restrictions or trade prohibitions.

3. Restricted or Prohibited Items

Certain items—such as firearms components, tactical gear, or controlled materials—may be subject to export or import restrictions.

We do not ship prohibited or controlled products to any destination where such items are illegal. Examples include, but are not limited to, the United Kingdom and other countries with similar prohibitions.

Customers must review their own local regulations prior to purchase and accept full responsibility for compliance with those laws.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at [email protected]. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the claim. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days of delivery. Some items (such as clearance, hygiene, or restricted products) may not be eligible for return. See our full Returns Policy for details.

6. Compliance & Legal Responsibility

Army Issue Surplus Inc adheres to all Canadian export laws, international trade regulations, and merchant processor compliance requirements.

We employ automated country filters, manual order reviews, and ongoing audits to ensure products are shipped only to lawful destinations.

Customers purchasing internationally confirm that:

  • They are responsible for all taxes, duties, and compliance obligations.

Army Issue reserves the right to modify eligible shipping destinations at any time in response to regulatory or merchant processing changes.
